Thanks, I also like to see less popular cards getting used that’s why i wanted to spotlight the Chieftain.
To answer your question about not having hard removal, the deck can pump out high atk values so taking down big creatures isn’t too much a problem, the other day I had a game against a Ytempo deck and i managed to kill all 3 of his Colossus and went on to win the game. I have to admit tho that Combat creatures can be a bit annoying since you have to attack them thus you’re giving them combat triggers.
Also I want say that I made some changes to this deck (UPDATED the original post):
-3 Khalim’s Follower +3 Axe Grinders
-3 Lord of the Waste +3 Kobold Warbeast
Upon further testing I felt that the deck needed some more board presence that’s why I added the Grinders and Warbeasts. The Followers were a bit too situational so I cut all of them and the Lords don’t have enough sac targets now so I cut all of them too.
