Automatic selection best cards in deck collection is the best way to learn new players how to build (edit) new custom decks.
I’m not sure what you’re suggesting - do you mean that in a match somehow your best cards are chosen first? or are you suggesting some way to automatically add the best cards from your collection when building a deck?
Also, how do you determine which card is better? They’re (theoretically) mostly all balanced - with a few bad cards. But there’s no way for the game to decide which is best.

The " best" cards in your collection are entirely dependent on the deck you are playing. I would write more but your post is vague and confusing.
