Early lands: You would play this like crackthorn but instead of placing red lands in the aggressive you place Blue or Green lands in the aggressive. Uses for cards and why I put them in: Ruunin’s Guidence: I feel this card fits well into the play-style of the deck, allowing you to damage race or buff a creature, it also fits into the anti rush part of the list. Living Willow: Great Early game collector and a perfect creature to deal with yellow rush or blue jump with buffs. Ancient Boar: A perfect card to threaten face or challenge rush creatures. Verduran Force: A sturdy body to push aggression or shut down any crackthorn decks advance. Sunken Tower: A perfect card to get the mystic beast spot or shut down advancing creature or push aggression. Triton Banquet: The mobility for the list, also allowing Willow to challenge battle toads. Mystic Beast: The Axe Grinder of the list. Frogify: Basic Removal to deal with big creatures. Frog-Tosser:It’s just a really good card. Wavecrash Colossus: Basically in for the same reason as Verduran but with the add bonus of cost reduction on it. Shifting Octopus: Perfect card for double collection, defending against rush, or pushing aggression.
