It has now happened twice (both times in the same match, but not every turn).
I can not select anything from the wheel in the bottom right, and I cannot move or select my units. The only thing I am able to do is use emotes. The next turn I regain control…
Obviously this makes the matches very hard…

I have experienced it too (also my opponent). very annoying cause we have to wait the entire turn time
The fix/update yesterday was supposed to fix this. The temporary fix is to log out and in again, and you should be able to move and make land again. But obviously strapped for time in that case.
