A tempo deck that goes aggressively for the opponent’s well and starts pressuring the orb early while double collecting. Mistral Guide can be used to fling creatures next to your opponent and to give Wind Soldiers more reach.

Mulligan for a Towship, Triton Warrior or a Gabrian Archon. If you have a Towship, mulligan for a Mystic Beast. The ideal opening is to play a Towship on turn 2, move it near the opponent’s well, make a lake next to it and play a Mystic Beast there.

This deck could probably still be improved, so feel free to swap some cards. The least necessary cards are Shaytan Demon, Gabrian Archon, Mistral Guide and Oradrim Fanatic. Some suggestions:

Gabrian Commander, Manta Rider, Ancient Herald. Water Elemental, Battle Toads, Frogify, Ninja Toad, Crystal Flower, Flash Wind, Flight of the Mantas, Celestial Tower, and Sunken Tower.

Land type(s): Lake, Desert
Faeria cost: 3.9
Difficulty: Intermediate

3x TRITON WARRIOR (4f 2L)
3x MYSTIC BEAST (3f 3L)
3x WAVECRASH COLOSSUS (8f 2L)
3x GABRIAN ARCHON (4f 2L)
3x ORADRIM FANATIC (3f 2D)
3x SHAYTAN DEMON (3f 2D)
3x WIND SOLDIER (3f 2D)
3x SOUL DRAIN (2f 2D)
3x MISTRAL GUIDE (4f 2D 2W)
3x OVERSKY TOWSHIP (5f 1L 1D)

Is Gabrian Archon really worth it? I mean there are only three 7+ cost creatures so the chance of you drawing 2 of them is quite low and the main capability of the gabrian archon is that you can make it a 6/6 for 4 faeria.

A 4/4 with charge 2 is good on its own. The secondary ability won’t trigger often in this deck, but the base creature is strong enough to be worth including in the deck. Blue Jump uses Archon in the same way.

Thanks

what about including frogify?

Frogify fits in the deck, you can add it if you’d like.

I didn’t include Frogify because you’d need to make a third lake to play it. The deck is best played aggressively and having to make a fifth land slows you down quite a bit. Good Frogify targets also aren’t played too often right now.

Thank you for your quick reply, i tested some variation of your deck and i think it’s really strong. I removed one celestian guide and one fanatic for 2 crystal flower and it works pretty well for removing green taunt or big threat.

I’m glad to hear the deck’s worked well for you. Crystal Flower fits well in the deck.
