Can't load the game with error saying "Steam Connection Required"

Deleted local copy and reinstalled (obviously through Steam) and still having the same issue. Any thoughts?

I got this message when starting the game without starting Steam and logging in first. Otherwise I do not know :confused:

Thanks for replying. I don’t what it was, but the old hard reboot (I’m assuming) has fixed issue as I tried to log in today, it worked without an issue.
