[Game client problems after the latest update] Is anyone ever meet this problem before and please help?

Since the latest update of the game and I have just bought the DLC of Faeria during the steam summar sales, I just could not launch the game any more. I have posted below my screeshot about the problems I have met, I have tried to verify the completeness of the game client, delete and re-install-the game client, close all my anti-virus program but none of them works. Is anyone ever meet this problem before ? Please help… I have played the game on Win 7.

That’s a weird-shaped screenshot. Perhaps its a graphics issue?

I’m probably not able to help, but others might be able to help you better if you can give a bit more info.

  • Where do you see this issue - is this the first screen that shows up?
  • What GFX card do you use?
  • How are your monitor(s) set up - what resolutions and layouts?
  • Are you running Faeria in fullscreen?

You could also try editing the unity3d prefs file:

I don’t know where the unity3d folder is on Windows 7 sorry - probably where other user settings are stored.

Here you could try changing the resolution and disabling fullscreen. Edit the numbers in these lines to say something like.

<pref name="Screenmanager Is Fullscreen mode" type="int">0</pref>
<pref name="Screenmanager Resolution Height" type="int">1024</pref>
<pref name="Screenmanager Resolution Width" type="int">768</pref>
