Getting ripper of on purchases?

Bought the Gold fountain 35 minutes ago… 5 dollars 500 gold and 40 per day

  • Credit card instant charged 5 dollar
  • Faeria account gains nothing (it has been 1 hr)

This is absurd!

Please either give me my money back, or instantly give me what I have paid for.

V/R -Xenyn (someone who loves faeria, but thinks that you have set too many barriers to any new players entering meta game due to card availability)
