Hmm.. first few games after break

so it’s been a month or two, I thought I’d sign back on and see how things are going.

few new cards and all.

played a few games: mono-green, yellow tempo, blue jump.

…then I remembered why I stopped playing and signed off.

wtf is so hard about balance patches?

ah… the developing team must be working ‘day jobs’ and don’t have time to either play or update their game…

…or perhaps the guy they pay to do the code is on strike…

hmm… but one has to wonder… what is the point of adding more cards, if there is no balance update? (are they added merely to confuse new players? -or to give those who enjoy losing more options to lose in new and exciting ways…?

so curious… I must ponder more upon this…

@DavidFindley Balancing is a delicate issue. It takes time, and the impacts of a change are not always clear. I understand your frustration and many others share it. But to say the team hasn’t done anything to update their game is just a flat out lie. Just because they haven’t pushed a patch to fix all of the things that you think should be fixed doesn’t mean that haven’t been working on the game at all. I don’t think we will see any major balancing changes until after the release of Oversky. I would suggest coming back to the game after they have released it. I will be doing another Community Sentiment Snapshot one month after Oversky’s release. If you want to contribute to the conversation about how the team can be doing better as well as answer various poll questions about the game I’d invite you to join the discussion there.

“Mono-green”?! It’s a big progress ))

alright. I’ll come back later…
