Woot time to get some more cards

I feel monocolor decks get left a bit behind now, for some reason…

I don’t know if that’s true and I don’t have time to test that until the weekend, but…

Looks like every island after the first island includes at least one new mono color card. Pirates Aerie has Manta rider, This one has Seed of Paradise and Leaping Fugu, The last one had Rakoan reveler and gift of Rakoa. So there are a few and I’m sure there will be more. And don’t forget that Mono colors can still utilize cards that just have wild requirements!

True, but all mono-color cards currently introduced work better in multicolor.

Seed of Paradise is meh unless you want to use more than just Forest, and Leaping Fugu needs land ramp (which incites green and/or Three Wishes to join the party).

The Rakoan Reveler is indeed great with monored, but again works better with Path to Paradise or shenanigans with the Rakoan Chieftain, inclining to multicolor decks. Gift of Rakoa I feel is also more at home in multicolor decks, but I may be wrong.
