Mulligan for Mapdealer, Airbot or Detonate + combo piece.
I usually like to open with a mountain in front and a desert to the opposing side of your opponent. Mapedealer is a nice non-commital collector that lets you save up for big AOE clears. Shadowsilk Faerie is a great way to refill your hand after you’ve baited out some removals.
