I think the developer is interested in attracting new players. For example, Brazil and Poland are a significant part of the CCG market. But the game does not have these and many other translations. You can open the translation file and give it to users! So translations will be done very quickly and even each user will be able to make their own translation. The user will have the choice to use a ready-made translation from the community or use a standard translation. Perfect option imho!
