Balance changes
This patch contains quite a few balance adjustments. A few key cards have been identified as overbearing on the meta and will be toned down, while the majority of changes are interesting cards that are being elevated to a power level where we hope they see a bit more play.

Dynamic Numbers
We now have technology that allows us to print dynamic numbers on Faeria cards. In other words, we can display a different number inside of the card text depending on the state of the game.
Neat, right? Well, anyway, the first card we’re applying this to will be Wrath of Ignus, along with a small buff. It’s easier to understand by this example.
Wrath of Ignus
- Cost reduced from 6f to 3f.
- Previously: Deal 4 damage randomly split among enemies. Costs 1f less for each time you have selected +1f from the power wheel this game (while in your hand or deck)
- Now: Deal X damage randomly split among enemies. Deals +1 damage for each time you have selected +1f from the power wheel this game (while in your hand or deck).
UI Improvements and animations
- Many improvements and changes have been made to the in-game UI.
- Tooltips have been added in many areas when hovering over with the mouse
- Dragons in the Dragon’s Lair now show you their abilities when hovering, for example.
- Some new animations have been added to cards in-game… see if you can spot them!
Bug fixes
We’ve fixed several outstanding bugs in this patch. Some of the most significant are:
- Fixed the “Ascend” puzzle in the Elements DLC to no longer behave all weird-like.
- The AI should no longer summon only 1 Battle Toad
- Several instances of incorrect stats displaying on tokens should be fixed. Let us know if you notice more!
