Is there suppose to be a shipping fee for the supporter pack? I thought only the collector pack had that for the pillow. I sent in a support ticket but no response in 2 weeks. I initially started the pre-order as the collectors pack but switched to supporter. Now it forces teh shipping fee for the supporter pack and there is no way to remove it. Not only clearing cookies but signing in from scratch on a totally different PC doesn’t work. The shipping fee is now forced no mater what
