Is there any way to continue completing objectives after all three lanes have been cleared?
Should I have intentionally tanked games to finish objectives?

You can tank games to achieve more objectives, but eventually they turn into “complete X missions or puzzles” which you can’t stall out for. That said, it is debatable whether or not it is a more efficient way to spend your time than just finishing and playing pandora (pretty sure it isn’t).
You should play with them in mind though, they’re there to push you into different decks, and they’re reasonably worth it.
No you can’t farm the objectives. They run out after awhile and won’t reappear until you completed that package of puzzles/battles.
