As a huge fan of jank decks (play Dream decks a lot), I’m sad to see that Time of Legends does not give neutral legendaries if you’re out of legendares. There are a bunch of neutral legendaries that deserve some love, especially Magda. Are there any plans for devs to let Time of Legends generate neutral legends?

Maybe it’s because they don’t want you drawing Maghda or another Time of Legends? Especially if you are in a Legendary heavy deck.
To be fair, in a legendaries heavy deck there isn’t really a chance for that to matter
