Clarity Suggestion:
Gain 3 Life. Copy the top 3 cards of your opponent’s deck. They cost 3 less. Cannot copy Wishes.
Reliability Suggestion:
Gain 3 Life. Copy the top 3 non-Wish cards of your opponent’s deck. They cost 3 less.
Fairness & Flavor Suggestion:
Gain 3 Life. Copy the top 3 cards of your opponent’s deck. They cost 3 less. Copied Wishes cost 3 more instead.

How to word cards is important! But I feel like the current version of the card is pretty clear.
I don’t think it is clear at all for a new player.
The first time I read it, I thought that once you use that card, you cannot use anymore Wish cards.
Now I realize I was reading it wrong, but it was the first impression it gave me.
Even now, I don’t know whether the card
a) draws copies of first 3 cards that aren’t wishes, guaranteeing you 3 copies no matter what.
If so, my Reliability Suggestion makes it clearer.
or b) simply browses the top 3 cards, and only copies the ones that aren’t wishes, which would mean if the opponent happens to have 1 Wish among the top 3 cards of his deck, you don’t copy it, and only a copy of the other 2 cards.
If so, “Cannot copy Wishes.” would be a lot clearer than “You cannot wish for more wishes.”
