Substitute Monkey Genius for Deranged Monkey(Couldn’t find it)
First, you may have noticed I replaced Deranged Monkey for Underground Brigand from the typical Red Rush. It just seemed super weak, for 2 Faeria in combat. Unless you can get a Gift of Steel on it, it basically dies right away. Deranged Monkey can not only be placed on any of the colorless lands you placed, but usually comes in as a 4/6 which applies more pressure than Underground Brigand. I’m not changing it. This build got me to God Rank so…if you think it was a poor decision on my part, then you can replace the Deranged Monkey for Underground Brigand.
Second thing you may have noticed is Hellfire is in a rush deck…WHAT?! I put this in here because some times I don’t get ideal land placement or they play a taunt creature. It also applies a lot of pressure if you throw this down turn 4 or so.
Play it just like the typical Red Rush otherwise.
