A budget deck to defeat the Dark Wisp using damage cards from Red and Neutral. In the video I ran Bloomsprite but replaced it for Healing Song.

Punishment completely outclasses Firebomb against this boss, as this boss does not play any creatures tied to a special land.

Also, the plant thing is pretty good here.

Almost working deck, I got it by switching Derelict Tower for Devouring Plants and Firebomb for Punishment.
