A post Oversky blue red control deck with sevens synergies.
It includes a lot of early collectors for a consistent early game, which can be upgraded with Phantasm later. Water Elementals speed up the deck quite a bit, making it more competitive against faster decks. The deck is still a bit weak early, but the ramp, aoe and high value creatures make it very strong in the lategame.
