After reinstalling the game, there is no “sign in,” only an account creation. Rather than lose my progress that I had previously and making an email for a new account, I would like to know if there is any way to actually sign in to a previously created account, or if someone else had similar problems.
Your account created should be permanently bound to your Steam account, meaning this should never happen.
The account name you want to recover is “yoplman?”
