So when Lord of terror got drained by Azarai and became a 0/6 he lost his death touch. i attacked a weak creature but it did not die. Am assuming this is a bug. Please squash it. 
Deathtouch means “All damage dealt by this creature is lethal” thus a 0 attack creature will not be able to kill anything as it didn’t deal any damage.
This is similar to how deathtouch behaves in Magic:the Gathering

Which is also why why Protection is strong against Deathtouch
