If you have 1-2 gnats on board a burn deck player can probably kill you in two turns.
2 blood Singers, killing the gnat with Seifer’s Wrath = 6 damagte to orb
Another possibility is that it can reappear near a Grim Guard or Brute after that - that is another 6 damage on the same turn.
