Faeria Friday: Flow like a river

With Monthly Cup IX just behind us, we have a lot of news to catch up on. This Faeria Friday should wrap all current events up in a neat little bun for you.

##Server update

As you might have noticed this morning, we pushed a server update that fixed the following issues:

  • Fixed the inability to log-in for a minority of players following a server outage on Thursday
  • Pandora is now available on iPad
  • Pandora solo games will now properly award experience
  • Chinese fonts have been fixed
  • Fixed a display error in the language box
  • Passwords on Steam now support special characters
  • The Early Access Android version was unavailable for a couple of hours earlier today and is now available again

After last week’s newest Adventure Pouch reveal, we noticed a bit of confusion on how to go about choosing your special Yak Avatar if you’ve already purchased the pouch.

All you need to do is go to this address:

Enter your account information and log in, then you’ll see a special “Adopt” button appear for you.

Umm… Why can’t I play???

I’m on an iPad air(1), iOS 10.3 I have updated (in the App Store) to Faeria version 1.0i
The app/client version number is: 1.0.6311.26867

After the log in screen I get this :

A new screen that says " Your Client Needs To Be Updated.
If the required version is not available on your App Store, you will need to wait for it before you are able to play"

Then below this text is an “Exit” the app button.

So it forces you to exit the app. When will Abrakam issue the next update???
Why was 1.0i not enough to make the app work???
It’s very frustrating to update and still not be able to play AND not know when a new client update is coming! Someone from Abrakam please answer my questions. Thank you!

I’m having the exact same problem

We’re aware of the iOS issues experienced over the weekend and attempted to issue a fix on Saturday for these problems. If they’re still not resolved we will do our best to fix it as soon as practical. Please post here if you’re still having issues.

Hi Atmaz. Thank you for your reply. I am in South Korea. The issue was fixed on Sunday afternoon at about 4pm (my time in Korea) I didn’t do anything, and all the different app version numbers are still the same. So I guess whatever you did fixed the problem. Thank you.
