This deck revolves around Soul Eater and Doomsday. Essentially, you want to start dropping small creatures to collect and stall your opponent and to draw cards. It’s good to use your faeria for Khalim or Ruunin. You don’t need much and you get a lot simply form the many early neutrals that are in the deck. The more creatures you can kill into your opponents creatures the better. Khalim and Ruunin are great for ramping up your Soul Eaters and can sometimes win the game on their own.

Combo:
Doomsday, Soul Pact, Soul Eater.

Best Starting Hand Could Include: Earthcraft, Village Elder, Court Jester (as long as you have a creature in hand). Mostly you want Earthcraft more than anything.

Gameplay Tips: Coordinate your Soul Eaters with your Doomsdays unless there is a killer opportunity. Generally the first Soul Eater you draw you can play, but after that hold on until you can doomsday combo.

This deck is weak against burn and rush but it destroys most other decks.

  • Queens Assassin is actually so good in this deck use it well. If you can trade it into a minion with 4/4 stats or more, drop and trade. Its important to keep in mind that trading creatures always benefits you because of Soul Eater so trading two equal creatures when you have the chance almost always pays off.

Save Last Nightmare fora pinch, there will be at least one.

Card reasoning and usage:

Court Jester: Good for stalling and buffing cards, can also be used to step on land and drop a forwards land for an Eater or Ruunin.

Cartographer: optional and can be switched out for another tech card or more removal but the explore from this card can be good after doomsday to get the extra two mana for an Eater.

Village Elder: good Collecter that cycles when it dies. Essentially a +1-faeria, draw a card, give an Eater +1/+1 chump creature that lets you hit your combo sooner. Pretty Strong.

Story Teller: Mostly draw and Soul Eater buff. Heal is rarely useful but also rarely hurts because usually your opponent will be at 20.

Wisdom: Hit Combo faster, doesn’t heal opponent.

Queens Assassin: Essentially deal 4 damage give Eater bonus for 3. Can sometimes be combed with Grove Caller to kill something massive.

Sagami Grovecaller: Good for getting Khalim, Ruunan or Soul eater face. Can be subbed out for a flash wind.

Earthcraft: ■■■■ ME.

Ruunin, The Relentless: Slow Soul Eater buff, and a consistent creature body.

Wind Gate: Good for getting forward land placement/ getting Eaters down. Can Be dubbed for a flash wind.

Khalim. Sky Prodigy: Can provide the final push of damage and also buffs Soul Eater by making creatures. Good for using up mana before Doomsday.

Last Nightmare: ■■■■ Enchantments

Soul Pact: Allows you to play Eater after doomsday no matter what (unless you’re at 2 health lol).

Wind Soldier: Can use for final damage push and as removal. Mostly used for getting forward lands.

Soul Eater: Wins Game by being too huge to handle after Doomsday.

Doomesday: Clears Board and buffs Eater.
