Idea: rush to opponent with just neutral lands and outlaws + explorers, the goal is to setup at least one neutral land near face to allow overriding it with path to paradise later.

Then you need to try and land some hits with those neutral creatures to face to soften it.

And then you could be able to make a really exlosive almost OTK using a path to paradise with haste creatures (with falcon dive allowing to use multiple creatures this way by killing your own ones)

Ulani is really good as it would draw you path in 100% (as its the only red card there) as well as shifting tide (would allow to either have a land for path or to have more path hits in one turn)
