Just Hit Lvl 4 and did not receive a booster. Assume this is a bug?

Currently there is an issue. If you level up while playing vs the AI, the boosters are not being awarded properly.
But dont worry, if you just play a game (not vs AI) you should get the booster after that game!

I just reached lvl 21 in combat mode and I didn’t receive a booster either. It’s the first time it happened to me. Is this an issue since last patch ?
