I haven’t really been playing much Pandora, but today I managed to get my first 12-win Pandora - and it was with an OTK deck! I drafted it for the lols but it actually ended up working haha.
For the OTK combo:

2 Famine
3 Elderwood Hermit
Derelict Tower
Flame Spitter
(punishment, flame burst, firebomb)
