the new cards from the oversky expansion are not craftable as of yet. you can reconginze those by the white cloud watermark that appears around the card text box. here’s a link to the full list:
in order to get those card you have to purchase the islands of the expansion (in play -> adventure -> oversky). you can do so with gems (real money) or gold (in-game money)
each island costs 9500 gold (the first one is free) and you get a full set of the cards right away (that is 3 of each non-legenday card and 1 of each legendary). you can see which cards each island give in the link above
